For Contact lens Product:
1. If you change your mind ,
N&D Gallery Optical will accept , for return within 7 days after payment . Please note that the items returned within 7 days can be refunded as we get the return item safely .
Return are only Accepted for items purchased directly from our website ND gallery . Return Item must be received in NEW , Unused and Re-Sellable condition . The original Packaging and any protective coverings and product information must still be on the product and in the packaging. Return that are soiled, damage or altered , and not wrap properly may not accepted and may be send back to the customer. If you are returning an item for Exchange , you will need to return for refund. Once it done , you will need to make a new purchase for the item you want

Please submit a proof for the problem such as :
Photo , video of the product
we will contact u and will help to solve the problem
We will not Accept complain such as :
- Crumble Box , or damage by Courier service ( we will make sure we packing all our pack or parcel using box and a lot of bubble wrap to make sure this never happen)
- any damage or loses that be cause by post man ( we will try to help and check together with customer for any update from courier side
For Eyewear Product:
We Did not accept any return for correct product that we send ,such as prescription glasses . any complain for the problem occur
