Return and Refund Policy

All products sold are NOT RETURN ANDREFUNDABLE except for quality defective. If there is quality defective, kindlyrefer to the PRODUCT DEFECTS section below for new product shipment. Return are only Accepted for items purchased directly from our website ND gallery . Return Item must be received in NEW , Unused and Re-Sellable condition . The original Packaging and any protective coverings and product information must still be on the product and in the packaging. Return that are soiled, damage or altered , and not wrap properly may not accepted and may be send back to the customer. If you are returning an item for Exchange , you will need to return for refund. Once it done , you will need to make a new purchase for the item you want

For Contact lens Product

#. If you accidentally received the parcel andonly found the defect products after you open the parcel

a.Take a photo of the defect product and send to our customer service chat/ email/ or whatsapp

b. please contact us before sending the item (QC before sending )

what type of defect of contact lens ?

we DID not ACCEPT Tore lens as defect lens , unless , there is a video shown before and after open the packing and the lens indeed stick on the blister and tore
for for missing pcs .. ( example 1 box contain 6 pcs lens , but only 5 pcs accepted) please provide us photo as evidence
for uncomfortable feeling after wearing the lens , please consult with our lens consultant before hand

#. If you found that the product receivedisn't same with what you ordered,

- If we are shipping the wrong product to you, please contact ur customer service , provide us photo and evidence , will check and re send the correct item within a few day ..

We will not Accept complain such as :

- Crumble Box , or damage by Courier service ( we will make sure we packing all our pack or parcel using box and a lot of bubble wrap to make sure this never happen)

- any damage or loses that be cause by post man ( we will try to help and check together with customer for any update from courier side
